Reservation Policies
Parking
Complimentary parking is available on-site at the Willowdale Hotel Toronto North York on a first come first serve basis. There is also paid and complimentary street parking around the property.
Guaranteed Reservations
To guarantee a reservation at the Willowdale Hotel, a valid credit card is required at time of booking. If a credit card is not available, your reservation will not be held. You also have the option of paying for the first night in full by cash/debit or bank deposit to guarantee a room without a credit card. Please contact the front desk for further details.
Check-in
Check in time at the Willowdale Hotel begins at 3:00 pm. If your party happens to arrive earlier and the room is available, we would be more than happy to provide you with complimentary early check-in. If the room is not available at the time of arrival, our front desk will be happy to store your bags so you can enjoy your day in beautiful North York.
Check-out
Check out time is at 12:00 pm noon the day of departure. If you require late check-out, our front desk associates would be more than happy to make arrangements to provide you with complimentary late check-out, when possible.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations at the Willowdale Hotel must be cancelled by 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, 24 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of 1-night plus taxes.
Age Requirement
To reserve a room at the Willowdale Hotel, there must be at least 1 adult present in the room 18 years of age or older.
Photo ID
Valid photo ID is required both for the check-in process, as well as being a necessity to process a credit card.
Billing Policies
Methods of Payment
We accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express, as well as Cash and Interac payments.
Taxes
Our Hotel is required to charge 13% HST and 4% MAT (City Tax) on all stays.
Service Fees
The service fee for our Hotel is 2% plus HST.
Deposit Terms
A pre-authorization of CAD $250 will be applied to your credit card up to 48 hours prior to arrival. The balance of the mini bar and any damages located in the room will be released upon check out. Guests are liable for any damages or booking or cancellations and may be subject to a charge on their credit card based on the fair value of the goods and services.
Third-party Billing
We do not accept third-party billing arrangements. We will only accept credit card payments if provided with matching photo ID of the cardholder as named on the credit card.
Other Policies
Pets
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets. Service animals are permitted.
Smoking Policy
The Willowdale Hotel is a non-smoking property. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if you smoke in the suite.
