Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp oats
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. applesauce
- 3-4 tbsp. milk
In a coffee mug, mix oat flour with oats, baking powder, salt, cocoa, and sugar. Use a fork to mix evenly. Add applesauce and vanilla extract, continue to mix. At this point, add 3-4 tablespoons of milk until a batter forms. Give batter a final stir to ensure an even mixture. Place mug in microwave for approximately 2 minutes or until the cake has set. Enjoy!
